1. What the game is
1.1. BETCAM runs prediction rounds on public live camera feeds. Each round asks a single question about what will happen on the stream within a fixed window — for the vehicle-count game, how many vehicles will cross the marked line.
1.2. The camera picture is the subject of the round and the source of its outcome. Nothing is simulated: the feed you watch is the feed the result is read from.
1.3. These Rules form part of the Terms of Use. Where the two differ on a matter of gameplay, these Rules apply.
2. Rounds
2.1. A round has three phases: betting open, betting closed, and settlement. The countdown shown on the event card is the time left in the current phase.
2.2. Bets are accepted only while betting is open. Once the counter reaches zero, the round locks and no further bets, edits or cancellations are possible.
2.3. The round window is stated on the event card before you commit. Round length may differ between cameras and may be changed for future rounds; a change never affects a round already in progress.
2.4. Rounds run continuously while a camera is live. A new round opens automatically once the previous one settles.
3. Placing a bet
3.1. Choose an outcome, enter a stake and confirm. The stake is deducted from your balance at the moment the bet is accepted, and the bet appears in your history immediately.
3.2. Minimum and maximum stakes are shown in the bet panel. A bet above your available balance is refused in full — stakes are never partially accepted.
3.3. The multiplier attached to an outcome is fixed at the moment your bet is accepted. Multipliers shown before that moment are indicative and move with the market; the figure recorded on your bet is the one that pays.
3.4. A bet cannot be withdrawn, edited or cancelled after it is accepted.
3.5. You may hold more than one bet in the same round, including on different outcomes. Each is settled independently.
4. Outcomes and settlement
4.1. Vehicle-count rounds settle on the number of vehicles that cross the marked line inside the round window, counted from the camera feed.
4.2. Outcome bands (for example 0–4, 5–7, 8–10, 11+) are shown in the bet panel together with their multipliers. Bands are inclusive of both stated numbers.
4.3. A winning bet returns the stake multiplied by the recorded multiplier. A losing bet returns nothing. Winnings are credited to your balance at settlement.
4.4. The result published at settlement is final for that round.
5. When a round cannot be settled
5.1. If the camera feed is interrupted, obscured or otherwise unreadable for long enough that the outcome cannot be determined, the round is voided.
5.2. Every bet in a voided round is refunded in full to the balance it was placed from. A void is not a loss and does not count towards statistics or streaks.
5.3. If a round is settled on a result later found to be wrong through a technical fault on our side, we correct the settlement and adjust the affected balances. Where a correction is not possible, the round is voided and refunded.
5.4. A bet accepted after a round has locked, or recorded at a multiplier that was not offered, is void and refunded.
6. Fair play
6.1. One account per person. Coordinated betting across multiple accounts, whether your own or operated with others, is prohibited.
6.2. Automated betting — bots, scripts, macros or any other programmatic access to the betting interface — is prohibited.
6.3. Exploiting a fault in the platform, including a mispriced multiplier, a duplicated round or a settlement error, rather than reporting it, is prohibited.
6.4. Interfering with the physical scene a camera observes in order to influence an outcome is prohibited.
6.5. Where we find that these rules have been broken, we may void the affected bets, recover amounts credited through them, and restrict or close the account. Deposits made in good faith are not forfeited by a void.
7. Balances, bonuses and withdrawals
7.1. Bets are settled against your account balance in the account currency. Amounts shown in other currencies are conversions for display.
7.2. Bonus funds, promotional credit and referral rewards may carry their own conditions, which are stated where the bonus is offered. Those conditions apply in addition to these Rules.
7.3. Withdrawal terms, verification requirements and limits are set out in the Terms of Use and the AML / KYC Policy.
8. Disputes
8.1. If you believe a round was settled incorrectly, contact support with the round number and the time. Round numbers are shown on the event card and in your bet history.
8.2. Raise a dispute within 30 days of settlement. After that the settlement stands.
8.3. Our records of rounds, bets, multipliers and settlements are the reference in any dispute.
9. Changes
9.1. We may change these Rules, the available cameras, the outcome bands or the multipliers offered. Changes apply to rounds opened after the change and never to a bet already accepted.
9.2. The current version of these Rules is the one published on this page.
10. Play responsibly
10.1. Rounds are short and outcomes are uncertain. Stake only what you can afford to lose.
10.2. Tools to limit or suspend your play are available on request through support.
10.3. The Services are not available to anyone under 18.
